KfW bankengruppe, frankfurta financial center under palm trees

KfW's headquarters in Frankfurt are spread over several buildings that have been augmented steadily over the years by new buildings. A banking campus has now been created next to the Frankfurt Palmengarten.

As part of a general modernization project a new dealer area was planned for the east building. We supported the client throughout the approval process, coordinating with specialist planners, and provided costing, logistics and construction management, up to a successful handover.

We also provided the support of day-to-day business, including space optimization, relocation and CAFM database maintenance for all the properties.
