ttsp hwp enters into partnership with tikehau capital for european expansion

As reported by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung on February 4, 2025, Tikehau Capital, a fund management company specializing in decarbonization projects, is acquiring a majority stake in TTSP HWP.
This partnership will enable us to expand our expertise in sustainable data centers across Europe and further strengthen our leading market position.
Our managing partners will remain on board and will drive the expansion forward together with Tikehau Capital. Customers will benefit from expanded resources and an even broader portfolio of services for future-proof data center projects.
