DC Campus, Hanaufour wins...

On the former site of a US barracks, TTSP HWP is working with our client to design a data center campus that sets new standards. The total of 6 data center modules are supplemented by an office building and the entrance building. In addition to the sheer size, the overall sustainable approach is also special. A large proportion of the waste heat from the computers in the data center buildings will be technically decoupled and made available to the local heat supplier. The latter will use large heat pumps to refine the energy and feed it into the local heating network, thus significantly supporting the city's decarbonization plans.

TTSP HWP was able to support the client in identifying and qualifying the site, planning, approval and selecting a general contractor.
