The ‘Squaire’, located at the major European transport hub of Frankfurt Airport, is the largest office building in Germany. Its unique configuration allows for an extraordinary range of uses.

We planned conference and office space for a wide variety of tenants, as well as commercial and catering space on behalf of the landlord. We had to consider the extremely complex interrelationships of the existing building as well as the requirements of individual tenants.  Furthermore, we  advised the landlord on the feasibility of tenants’ requests and possible structural changes.
