#GDACon25 Recap – Two Days of Energy, Exchange & Future-Focused Insights

The German Datacenter Conference 2025 in Bad Vilbel made one thing clear: our digital infrastructure is more than just technology – it is a backbone and a key locational factor for business, society and local authorities.

✨ For us at TTSP HWP, it was a real pleasure to support and actively contribute to the conference as a Diamond Partner:

On Day 1, our CEO Alexander Hauser joined a panel discussion, emphasising how essential transparency and public awareness are for increasing acceptance of data centres – ensuring that policymakers and society truly understand their indispensable role.

On Day 2, he had the honour of moderating the panel “Data Centres as a Locational Factor: Opportunities, Concerns, Strategies” alongside Claus Kaminsky, Lord Mayor of the City of Hanau, and other municipal representatives. It was an engaging and open discussion on the opportunities, challenges and strategies for sustainable site development.

🤝 The atmosphere? Open, constructive and collaborative – with a shared understanding: only through close cooperation between policymakers, industry and municipalities can we create high-performance, sustainable and socially accepted data centres.

🌐 With more than 900 participants from around the world, high-calibre contributions and excellent organisation by the German Datacenter Association e.V., #GDACon25 truly became a milestone event.
