DC Campus, Frankfurt Westnew use for industrial district

Planning of a DC campus on the site of an existing industrial park in the west of Frankfurt.
The plot size of 79 hectares and the construction of a new 110 kV transfer station with a new pylon will enable the connection to the 110 kV grid.
The campus is planned in several construction phases and will consist of three modules of different sizes when completed. The task allows for an urban and architecturally sophisticated reorganization of the quarter and an optimization of the use of the site area.

In addition to the technical and DC areas, office and conference rooms, delivery and storage areas were planned.

Special attention was paid to the integration of green façade areas in the overall façade design.
